21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller right away. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold delivery of any additional Goods to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting agreements in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
